Rule 25
Permit Renewal
(1) Permit issued in accordance with the Act and these regulations shall be renewed one year before the expiry of the period mentioned in the permit.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Act, when the permit is renewed, the fee specified in schedule-11 will be charged.
